Since then they have stopped me from acessing my giftcard, at first they sent me an email to re upload my documents which I did but they kept rejecting my digital Id card even after explaining that for 6 years now, nigeria has stopped issuing the plastic Id card. The other option I have is drivers license which I don't possess.I have messaged them numerous times but they keep replying with useless not assisting messages that are not related to my request at all.I have come to realize with each passing hour that this payment vault people are scam and no wonder they changed their name from prepaid digital solutions to payment vault.Can someone pls explain the reason why payment vault is requesting for a lot of documents to verify just to receive my due prepaid card, when it is not like I'm opening a bank account with them.I believe this is just a way of preventing people from accessing their money.Guys this people are scam, they have no intent on giving you your MasterCard. Don't use at all!!!
