This company should be forbidden!! They are real thieves. My card was valid until last november 2022 and I bought concert tickets with the card. However now (2023) the concert is cancelled and the money is refunded to the expired credit card. Instead of returning the money to the concert organisation they keep the money and keep on telling me that no funds can be withdrawn from an expired card. But there should be no funds on the expired card. The refund should have been bounced as it does when it's send to a closed account.
