Steam account got banned due to "Stolen visa"

I mined 11 USD from Salad.com and they gave me a 10 USD pre-paid visa from PrePaidDigitalSolutions. I used it on my account and it got banned due to "fraudulent activities" and it says that "this visa has been stolen"
