I am recommending anyone who would consider a Prepaid card from Prepaiddigitialsolutions to reconsider. Risk is very high you will end up losing money. I made the big mistake to select Prepaid Mastercards as a gift from my company. In their promotion they claim "it can be used everywhere Mastercard is accepted". However, after 7.5 months, and numerous attempts to use it online, I conclude that their commitment was a simply not true. It basically doesn't work anywhere. In addition, instead of taking accountability for the poor performance of the card their customer support require the customers to investigate why it doesn’t work and to resolve it on their own. They are even providing a "helpful hint: If the card continues to be declined at a specific merchant, you may need to use the card at a different one."After numerous bad experiences in contacts with their customer service I am no longer expecting Prepaiddigitalsolutions to remedy their crappy card. I have accepted the fact that I am probably losing several hundreds of Euros due to their lack of accountability but with this posting I hope I ´can help anyone else avoid making that mistake.
