I was on hold for like 30 minutes that didn't really bother me as I understand places can be busy however after being on hold they refused to tell me anything other than it wasn't on their end when I asked to speak to a different person for a second opinion they refused to transfer me over when I asked for their supervisor they put me on a brief hold and then got back to me with what their supervisor allegedly had said which was that they weren't going to tell me what was going on I still have yet to use my money because they refused to help me
