I wouldn't give any stars. My experience has been awful. I purchased a $300 virtual visa card in October 2023. I tried using my card in December but the charge was declined. Upon checking the balance, my card was at $0.00. It had been used 11 days after purchasing it plus my digital wallet code was sent to a different email. Someone accessed my digital wallet, change my name, email, phone number, address. They tried three cash transactions without success yet on the 4th transaction they were able to spend the entire $300. Contacting customer service was very frustrating. They hung up on me 3 times. My fourth phone call was finally "escalated". I received a "dispute/fraudulent form" which landed in my junk folder instead of my inbox. I filled out the form, faxed it & waited about 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service for status. They emailed back stating there is no dispute with my card, fill the attached dispute form out and send it via email. I wrote back, I already faxed the form. They replied it could take up to 120 days. It has been over 5 months since I started the process and I still have not received my money. My next step is to involve the police because Prepaid Digital Solutions / ONBE is not helpful.Renae Kraft
