They shouldn't deserver any star. I have several prepaid card under my name with same name/email/physical address. But these guys without notifying marked all my card inactive. I only realize when I tried to make a purchase and card was getting declined. Spoke several times with their customer support agent and each time they repeat that I will get an email within 5 business days. Its been three weeks now and almost made 7 call to their support team but yet no update from them.This Business should be marked under scrutiny by Federal Teams because they didn't even notified to customer while making any changes on the card/account. Pathetic support team
