Was given a prepaid mastercard as a corporate reward. Using this their prepaid digital card on Amazon causes your amazon account to be banned. Only smaller sellers online with less stringent fraud detection allows their card to go through.Contacted their support to see if I can get some help retrieving details for the card that expired 2 months back as I am trying to provide the information to Amazon to get the account unbanned. They asked for my personal information (name, address, email) and after I provided that in email, they replied me saying their T&Cs state once a card expires they cannot reissue or provide past details. Now I am wondering why did they even want my personal details for if they could have told me that in the first place... Not worth the hassle and trouble going through their horrible customer service seeing there are so many possible issues with them.
