My name is Amy baldanza and I just received a digital solutions card for a focus group I will be doing. Well I can't access my money, I have spoke with 3 representatives and they all say they have to escalate my problem. I will be getting more money and now I'm concerned because If I'm already having an issue , this is ridiculous. I see all the other reviews. This company needs to be replaced, it says that my country code does not allow me to get the card right away! But I'm in the United states so I'm not sure what the problem is. Obviously the reputation of this company is horrible and I can't even access my money.
