if it was possible to give a zero star review, I absolutely would. I used this card prior to expiration in full and unfortunately had to return the product (can be see in my transaction list) and then the card expired leaving me with absolutely nothing. If I want the card reissued I HAVE to pay a fee of $12.95. This is absolutely outrageous, this card should be valid for atleast a year not 5 months. The customer service rep I spoke with just kept repeated "the fee must be paid" there is no compassion in good customer service. This company is awful.
