This website is a fraud, I’ve used them before and everything was good until yesterday when I made a purchase of 100 dollars Visa card o. The KYC form is an issue, I filled the details, it says a code has been sent to my email, the code never came, even though I did it multiple times. I called them and they asked me to verify the address, I did( twice) and they said it’s not correct and they cannot help me. It made me question my sanity. Now I tried this morning to see if I could get the verification email, and lo and behold… the email on file has been changed as I can see the first and last alphabet of the email and it’s not mine…..it starts with (J*****T) and ends with a T. Something needs to be done about this, I need a refund or the card that I paid for. I will report this on any platform I can find.
