I usually don't give any bad reviews, and I really have high tolerance and patience, but given their insolence, I have to warn other people to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. What happened to me is that I redeemed some rewards from my employer as a gift card through them and I was required to pass through a verification process. I uploaded the documents which they needed and the process didn't pass for whatever reason, and I though, well it's ok, this can happen to anybody and their customer support will help me out. But boy, I was wrong. They don't respond to my emails most of the times, and when they did, they've written a generic response, which looked like it was written by a robot. Their call support was even less useful, as when I called them, they told me that they will send me an email with the link where I'll need to reupload the images that they required, but in the end, they didn't do that and I tried to ask them a couple more times through email to send me the link, but they they stopped responding to those emails. If someone from this company is reviewing these reviews, don't you know that by denying your customers the appropriate customer support and waiting for the gift card to expire, you are basically committing a thievery, which is a serious crime? The gift card will eventually expire, and since you have control over it, the funds on it will most likely go to you, which means that you are keeping other peoples money for yourself! This is highly unprofessional and unethical! I would give your zero stars if I could!
