I was able to use my card 4 times on my $1000 prepaid card. Same excuses as everyone below and blaming it on the merchant. This is not the case because I had already purchased at that merchant on 2 of my 4 previous transactions. (grocery store). This was a gift I received and it's horrible. I selected the digital version of the card because it "works seamlessly with apply pay". The customer service reps solution was to remove from my wallet and manually write the card number down with a pen at the stores. What is that?
