Have tried numerous times to use my $350 virtual giftcard to no avail. No purchases are able to be made and 'customer service' is telling me to just try a different merchant. I want to use my money wherever I want to spend it. You're stealing my money. Fix this.Now I can't even get into my account at all, I won't receive a verification email.Nobody has reached out to me through email. When is this gonna happen?
