I feel like I'm actually wasting one star by giving it to this company. The service is awful, and the customer service is even worse. If you email them, you're basically just writing to a black hole. You're lucky to get back a canned response. If you open a chat you'll be at least an hour waiting for a response, and then you'll get told to email them. If you call, they don't answer. Cards will get randomly declined and then you'll be told that there are no declines on record. Please do not waste your time on this company.
