Awful. Received a pre paid gift card. Tried to use it multiple times and it was declined. Then the card expired. The re-issue free is £10. Tried to complain to get the same reply each time. Can’t ring themAs it’s a USA number and won’t connect. They have blocked me at every turn trying to use this card. They refuse to ring me to discuss my complaint. Awful customer service. Would highly advise against using them.
