I have been trying to get access to my account for months now. Support are absolutely useless. I have received the same repeated message over and over again telling me to clear my cache, when I have told them I have tried several computers from day one. It's clear they do not read these emails. It's to the point where this is so infuriating. There is no method of contact or escalation.[Update: Despite the response from Prepaid Digital Solutions below, PDS would not be able to find my account details from this review. Nor have they reached out to me or provided evidence of doing so. I already have a case open with PDS and this is still unresolved.]
