Hard to believe a company like this is still used by corporations for gifts. 10 seconds of googling will bring up torrents of reviews like this one. Opted to put some Awardco points on a pre paid credit card. They asked for proof of ID, I sent them (last count) 4 different high resolution scans of my passport and they keep sending emails back saying it is not clear... despite the fact that I work in Digital Imaging and the scans are super sharp and clear.... beginning to suspect they are no more than a scam. No way of contacting other than email, which appears to be automated and useless.
