Several years their cards have worked fine for me. But since two months I‘m constantly having issues. I’ve been adding the cards to my PayPal account because it’s been advertised as a Mastercard that is accepted everywhere and working like a regular Mastercard until the credit on the card is used. Now I always get error messages when I add it to PayPal and want to use it there. It’s so disappointing cause it has worked fine up until recently. Their support was also disappointing saying you can’t use it for Amazon, PayPal and other popular services when it’s clearly untrue and I’ve been doing it for years. I just want what is advertised to me. Plain and simple.
