I have made this mistake twice now with visa my digital wallet. Both time $10.00. You can not use them any where on line or off line. It is plum worthless and a big rip off i have been scamed but this is a whole new level of screwing people over and i can not waite to see some tic tock video going viral over this soon to call all you sorry scam artist out and put you on the front for every one to see and know how crappy visa has become. Also be glad you web site here will not let me use the bad laguge i want right now over you bunch of sorry suckers
