Similar to others here I also received this card as a gift from work. I had the same issue as a lot of people where the card wouldn't work on amazon. I think that's because amazon doesn't use the 3 digit security code maybe. I used the little live chat in the bottom right of the screen and had a 2 minute convo where the support agent saw the blocked transaction and unblocked amazon so that it would work. He said it would take 2-3 business days to work but the transaction was able to go through less than 24hrs later without a hitch.Really surprised by everyone saying support sucks because I had a great experience resolving the issue and these reviews really worried me lol. Maybe they've seriously stepped up their game? Or I got the best support agent at the company haha, seems unlikely though.
