Aweful experience. Why they need SO MUCH ID is beyond me. If you haven't got up to date photo id and a recent bill you want to expose to these peopleyou get nothing.The "paid in Australian dollars" is an obvious lie so, if you live in Australia, take 30% off what you THINK you're receiving. Ive spent several DAYS trying to sort out a SMALL exchange and while their support team have been alright, they're no good to me if they're simply informing me that the money I EARN is worthless without what they consider appropriate identification. For the life of me I do not understand WHY they want SO MUCH identification. I log in through my Google account and frankly, Google already has TOO MUCH of my ID already. I'd give this company zero if I could. Having a great team to sort through ALL the problematics is hardly a recommendation. World class complaints department...just doesn't cut it.
