It pains me to give them one star, as I've always had a relatively smooth experience with their services over the last two years.But today, for the first time in these two years, I've not only had ALL my transactions blocked by a third-party company I have no affiliation with, but my MasterCard was removed from my wallet entirely.I did not receive so much as a simple automated message explaining the declined transactions or my card being removed from my account outright.I suspect something nefarious is afoot. I've gone ahead and contacted both them and their affiliate through which I received the card, hopefully this results in a reasonable explanation and my card being reinstated.I can't really afford to wait several business days for this to be resolved, but I don't have much of a choice. Their staff members are usually very helpful when they eventually address one's issues, though, so I'm hoping for a quick solution.
