The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered and I've had some terrible ones.I purchased a prepaid card for a substantial sum 8 days ago. There was some issue with verification when I clicked on the link to retrieve the digital card, so I was asked to submit verification documents (driving licence photo) to help verify my identity, which I did.That was 8 days ago. 5 working days later I had heard nothing so I tried calling their "customer service" dept. This was a waste of time. All they could tell me is that its a "different department" and all they can do is "escalate my case" which will take another 3-5 days! (honestly I think they make up these numbers).I tried calling again today and same story. They have no idea. They can't tell me what the status is. If there is a problem with the ID I submitted, can't they tell me that and give me the opportunity to submit a different ID? But they've no idea! All they can tell me is "this is the process" and I should "wait longer".At this point I feel like my money has been stolen and I don't know who to contact about it next :(
