I was given a reward with one choice to accept via Prepaid Digital Solutions. I chose physical cards. Here is where things get interesting.The physical card never arrived. I waited for 20 business days, one month. No card, no tracking information. Then, I sent an email to Prepaid Digital Solutions asking about my card and why there was no tracking information. They sent an apology email and requested I filled my address to be sent another card and wait for another 20 business days. Now, 2 months waited. I waited for the second 20 business days, the same thing happened, no card and no tracking information. I sent an email again asking for my card. Hold and hold, an apology was sent again. Hold on for a second, I have seen these exact words before, I said to myself. I decided to check all previous emails. As it turns out, I was expressing myself to a bot all these times. The Customer Support representative was not even human. I sent another email called them a scammer and never heard from them again. I think I finally knew who they are
