Worked fine until it locked me out for authentication purposes. When calling up, I was met with complete disregard for my query, 0 empathy, rudeness and absolutely no problem solving skills. Seriously appalled how customer service can be this abysmal in 2021. No need to respond to this post - seems like everyone else that took you up on the offer to contact one of your agent was met with the same fate. Waste of time!
