Impossible to redeem a reward from virgin pulse. Their costumer service has been nothing but useless after at least 10email sending me the same steps to repeat over and over and not, which do no work and they are not listening. Now they are just ignoring my email, so much for costumer support. Will never use their services again. Do yourself some good and use another company.
