Not a scam as many people are saying, you just need to login and select the method in which you receive your card/check the balance. Only thing I will say is that over the past 2 months, newly, just redeemed cards have been getting flagged for fraud immediately after redeeming my card, thus not letting me access it. But contacting support either through email/calling will usually get the problem resolved in less than 5 days usually.
