I received a $5 Visa card from SurveyMonkey -(Singapore University) but when I click on "Click here to receive your Prepaid Card." the link does not work as I am not getting redirected to the prepaid card digital token page. How do I receive my Prepaid card.? I have tried some suggestions from the Rybbon customer care team i.e:a) Tried a different browserb) Tried a different device.c) Disabled my antivirusd) Disabled third part cookies in my Chrome Browser Privacy and security settings.In spite of doing the above, I am still not getting redirected to the prepaid card digital token page. How do I receive my Prepaid card.? It seems the link is not working .
