Having found myself in a similar situation to all those who have written reviews, the one common theme in the responses from prepaiddigital solutions is that they can't locate your email addresses. So Prepaiddigital solutions what happens to them? Are you not keeping customer information secure within GDPR/data protection? I am reluctant to upload my driving licence as for so many others this does not seem to resolve the situation. I agree people on the phone are not interested as you don't have a token number, and can't access it as you can't verify. £5 mastercard down the drain now due to being unable to access it.
