Got an e-gift card to claim through Digital Prepaid Solution. They asked for verification of identity due to anti-money laundering, I provided the driver license (although knowing it is very risky as God knows where it ends up with). Reply via email confirmed that document has been provided. Called customers services @ +44 (800) 0487475 two times, each time they said it will be escalated within 48-72 hours. Now it's more than 7 days and it is still not resolved. I never experienced anything worse than this. Please beware of this doggy company! To all the merchants thinking of using this company - please DO NOT use this company if you don't want to lose your customer!
