This site was GOOD until it wasn’t. Had no problem using £5 MasterCards I had claimed from Swagbucks taking part in surveys and it worked like a charm. So when I’ve claimed the £10 MasterCard option and I was introduced to KYC regulations of course, like everyone else here, I was locked out of my wallet when I couldn’t verify my Identity, Unable to have access to my £10 MasterCard. Because seriously, who the flip is going to launder £10!??? I was sent the KYC link and sent in my info hoping to identify myself and get access to my card. Reading the reviews and seeing some people STILL not having access to their wallet, I can only hope and pray that my identity can be verified and I can have access to these cards. ADVICE FROM ANYONE FROM SWAGBUCKS: You might as well earn an extra 100-200SB and claim the PayPal cards. All you need is a PayPal account, linked to a debit or credit card. Cash goes into your balance directly. This is more efficient than the Process for Prepaidsolutions. It’s a wonder why Swagbucks started using a sucky website with a sucky system in the first place! So I feel the need to condemn SwagBucks as well. Shame on you all.**EDIT 21/05/21**: I can't believe this GOD AWFUL customer service- was told to RESEND my details as ''additional information was needed.'' CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? They're the ones who suggested sending a Drivers License on their questionable unsecure forums page so I did. Contained my FULL name, DOB and my address and EVEN that wasn't sufficent enough? Not a chance been taken here I give up. I am fully confident in my decison of giving this site a BAD REVIEW and I've even taken the advice of their stupid freaking bot thatresponds to EVERY review. And so, as a last-ditched effort I'd written to the email provided. ABSOLUTELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there was some good to be prevail the bad, it's thanks to Swagbucks. While I have been encountering problems with Prepaiddigital, I've reached out to SwagBucks to see if they could've done anything about it which they had kindly gave me back 1500SB. Happily surprised from this outcome as they do not usually give refunds after you have a gift card. Such wonderful customer service unlike a certain company.. I was able to reward myself a nice £10 PAYPAL gift card. So to Prepaiddigital, you will DEFINITELY won't be seeing me, and 75% of us anytime soon. Massive F to you and your shabby run company.
