I tried to figure out how to give a half star rating. I earned two $50.00 ecards from two companies I've been with for years. I paid one bill with each card. I had $20.00 left on one and $7.00 left on the other. I have not been able to use the balance on either one. The next time I request payment from those two companies, I will request the physical gift card instead of the digital ones. I have been able to get all my money before when I got the physical cards. Never again will I request a digital card. This company does not even deserve one star. I tried to remove the one star, but was unable.
