Like someone else on here I have been trying to redeem my £5 from Swagbucks. It keeps asking me to verify and then won’t accept it. They don’t seem to understand that Swagbucks don’t give you a digital token, you have to login to get your card which you can’t do if you can’t verify! Customer service is a joke, the agent I spoke to was clueless and pretty rude. Not using them ever again. Avoid like the plague. Thanks for the stock reply. Not sure what “ username “ you are trying to locate me with as I haven’t provided one ?
