I was given a $500 virtual card as a work gift for 5 years of service, actually, I chose that option, BIG MISTAKE! On multiple occasions the card was declined, it was difficult to use the funds and then, without warning, the funds "expired". I logged a ticket with customer support and was told "Upon expiration of a prepaid card, any unused funds are forfeited. Take care"So my employer paid for a $500 card, and Prepaiddigitalsolutions make it difficult to use until they shut the whole thing down and take your money, so basically a scam in my view.
