Bunch of muppets who cannot read through a chain of supplied information. They needed proof of name and address, and asked for a driving license which I supplied. They then asked for proof of address using a utility bill, forgetting the driving license has that information on it. Called their (Indian) call centre who are good at calming you down and end up doing sweet FA. I now got an email asking for the initial information again!!!I feel very generous today (aka being sarcastic), and so I'll give it one-star.
