Designed to Expire & Charge Poorly Disclosed Fees

The apparent objective with their cards is to make these difficult to access & track, & very easy to quickly expire. Once the cards expire, the website FAQ promises you have a 60-day grace period to have the card reissued! However, the reissuance fee, which applies to each card ($10 each) is buried in the long terms, and the FAQ answer doesn't even mention the $10 fee.I had 5 small cards claimed through token in July 2021. They expired 02/2021. This was easy for me to forget this fall, as I had a parent suffer from the virus & was extremely stressed and distracted. With multiple cards, accessing them each time is an absolute ordeal. Telling the website to remember your computer only applies to that one card, and you must get authentication codes with each card every time you want to check the card on the website. Adding to this, the reCaptcha fails or fails to load at all half the time. I couldn't even get to that point on my Android phone; the reCaptcha would never load. With all this hassle, I took the time to call their overseas call center. The agent explained his computer was slow & took all my card numbers over the phone, but in the end he apparently did nothing. After again several login attempts and already having built a wallet of the 5 cards, I finally get the option to request reissuance of my $11.78 card. For the whopping $1.78 left after the poorly disclosed fee, I must download the special form, sign it, mail it & hope that they are honest as to it being received by the "received by" date. I must do this for EVERY CARD SEPARATELY.They *could* have a more honest disclosure of the fee, the option to submit reissue requests online, & the ability to reissue a wallet of small cards under one combined fee... But they don't & are apparently okay with burning a bridge with every consumer out there to avoid even those minor improvements. - user vapno
