Awful experience. Card issued by employer as a gift, used the card with Amazon once, tried to use the exact same card details again with Amazon and various other vendors... doesn't work. Been told by their customer service department the only thing they can suggest is checking my expiry date. Can 100% guarantee I can enter details correctly. Confirmed they are unregluated and not an actual financial body so no way to get support or escalate my complaint any further. Avoid at all costs.
