You may receive this offer but if you actually get to see the gift card, quick! just write it down and charge whatever you need because you might not have easy access to the website ever again.When signing in you will often receive this email verification requirement to ensure your identity is verified. If you link your card to the account you're stuck waiting on their customer service agents to escalate the case.My case has been escalated after speaking with an agent. I am now waiting on my gift card that I thought I'd be happy to receive until I decided to link it earlier today and now I can't access it anymore.The agent said there is no way to un-link the card from the account.I am of course not saying that they are intentionally holding your $ from you, but because the service is not working as intended you should treat the related electronic systems that are misbehaving in a logical way. Please take care in using this service as many of the claims presented in other reviews appear to be accurate.Additionally,Everyone please disregard the automated response to every comment about contacting customer service, it is not guaranteed to resolve your issue with the agent as I already spoke with one over the phone.Simply said, if the issue is with a machine, such as a server, that is not correctly sending out a code to your email.(trust me we tried multiple emails, and you CAN reset your password, those emails went through), then the machine(s) need to be fixed on their end. The issue is outside your or their control until they can get the server situation back under control.My final piece of advice still stands, NEVER LINK your account to a card.Once you receive a link to see your card for the first time, consider that to be the LAST AND ONLY time to see your card, so WRITE IT DOWN right away and you will prevent yourself a headache. Everything else with the service works just fine except your ability to access an account due to these verification codes not sending.
