It is a scam. I've 2 cards and payments got declined every time I used them online in INDIA. Tried help from their consumer care for last 2 months and the final mail I received just now is "Hi, and thanks for getting in touch with us!We received your inquiry and after looking into your account, it appears that you are no longer in need of assistance. However, if you still have any questions concerning your account, do not hesitate to respond to this email. Otherwise, you may disregard this email."Stay away from these scammers.
