I wish there was a NEGATIVE 100 STAR for their service.Nothing less than shocking customer service. I think they have an automated response system, which will continue to send you the same response irrespective to the content of the email. First of all my prepaid card was expired and I have not received any notification that unused amount is going to expire soon. After requesting to issue me a replacement card, I have been chasing for a month now and sent 25+ mails and every time I get a standard response, your request is approved and send us the filled form. You fill and send the form, you get response "request is approved please fill the form". I have emailed again I have sent the form, please see the last email, again response is "request is approved, please send the form". I said I want to escalate again response is "request is approved please send the form".I think we should never use any prepaid digital card service as companies like this absolutely making mockery of the service.
