I DID get the email from you leading me to submit my documents, which I was able to successfully do. I appreciate the gesture. My personal ID and registered residency ID were accepted by the verification team and I was actually able to create my account! Yay!
Still, when I am trying to add the Digital Token I got from my employer by clicking on the “add payment” button from WITHIN MY ACCOUNT, I get the same old error message saying I was not able to be authenticated and that I should get an email asking me to submit my personal ID and registered residency ID. That email, as already you could guess, is not arriving. Ever.
ALL THIS WHILE I AM LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS IN THEORY ALREADY AUTHENTICATED!
I responded to the first email I got from you guys with this issue 2 days ago and did not hear anything back (although the email was not marked as “noreply”).
At this point my poor 92 euros that I am trying to claim and that I got from my employer seems to be getting further and further away because y’all are gatekeeping it even though I have already been authenticated with my documents. RIP.
