God bless brother 🙏🙏🙏I think he's name is Arniv I think the details is my girlfriend went to the store to buy €15 gas the transaction went through but when she got back an put the card in there was no money on the card I think there was a problem with the card. So to get a refund we have to wait for a SMS which we still have not received then make three concecutive transactions on different days then wait for another sms then go back to the store we're we got the €15 gas credit and some how get our refund I swear you couldn't make this up. We are finding it hard to manage like a lot of people €15 might not sound a lot but when it's your last bit of money it's everything. So the person I was talking to done he's best an gave some loyalty electricity credit so at least we could plug in our heater he didn't have to do that but that was the measure of the man, decency, empathy, understanding. Sorry it's so long but that's how it went so I thank him & prepay power, an ye we still got no refund if there's anything you can do, God bless🙏🙏🙏💯
