I called prepay power today in relation to a lost gas top up card. I was speaking to a lady called Nivya & Nivya was extremely understanding & helpful in her approach to dealing with my my situation. What a fantastic staff member to have on your team 👏👏
Absolutely scum company, they are one of the most expensive companies out there and we we’re going to change companies and they called my father and twisted the truth about the company we were changing to, he’s old and that’s exactly what they were relying on, scaremongering vulnerable people into staying with them because anyone with a brain wouldn’t, I will never touch prepay power again

I wanted to rate James with 5 stars for his efforts in handling complaints, but I must give 0 stars to the company. I spoke with many representatives over several weeks and endured numerous lengthy trips before James, with remarkable patience and against all odds, managed to deactivate the meter so I could restore my electricity. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever faced in my life, and I am a pensioner!
