Initially, I found the meals enjoyable, but consistency in taste and variety has diminished. Additionally, customer service has been lacking; I found their tone passive-aggressive, and my emails seemed to go unread. After the three-week commitment, they continued to charge my card and claimed I needed to complete the period, despite my records showing otherwise. The website's poor interface made it confusing to understand that I had unknowingly opened three new subscriptions. Overall, the lack of clarity and poor service has been disappointing. I would not recommend continuing with this service.
