Great company, great food, great selection and great customer service! Delivery company is questionable though, your food may or may not turn up but customer service will definitely sort it for you!
The meals are tasty but often overly salty or sweet. The packaging is inadequate, and out of 18 meals delivered, 5 were opened and unfit for consumption. The company appears unreliable; I've tried contacting them via email with no success. Their orders email seems to be inactive, resulting in bounce backs. It's quite concerning. We just paid for our third week, yet there's still no cancellation option available as indicated in their terms. I'm genuinely worried about needing to dispute this with my bank.

I've had a great experience so far. The food quality surpasses other meal prep services I've tried. I haven't faced any issues with packaging or delivery, and the prices are surprisingly low. I'm satisfied and will keep ordering! I do think they should implement a referral scheme to recommend more people.
I'm frustrated that I paid for fresh meals, but they arrived half-frozen, making it impossible to eat them in time before they spoil. The advertisement promised fresh meals, not frozen ones, and this inconsistency is unacceptable. The guidance states that defrosted meals should be consumed within 24 hours, and I can't refreeze them, which poses a health risk. I'm left unsure about how long they were frozen or when they were actually cooked.
The first order went well, but it declined from there. Two subsequent orders had multiple meals with broken seals. Initially, I found the meals enjoyable, but consistency in taste and variety has diminished. Additionally, customer service has been lacking; I found their tone passive-aggressive, and my emails seemed to go unread. After the three-week commitment, they continued to charge my card and claimed I needed to complete the period, despite my records showing otherwise. The website's poor interface made it confusing to understand that I had unknowingly opened three new subscriptions. Overall, the lack of clarity and poor service has been disappointing. I would not recommend continuing with this service.
I ordered for about three weeks, and while the first order had damaged food, they did replace it in the second order, which was acceptable. However, the third order never arrived, and despite multiple requests for a refund, I have yet to receive my money back.
