The meals are tasty but often overly salty or sweet. The packaging is inadequate, and out of 18 meals delivered, 5 were opened and unfit for consumption. The company appears unreliable; I've tried contacting them via email with no success. Their orders email seems to be inactive, resulting in bounce backs. It's quite concerning. We just paid for our third week, yet there's still no cancellation option available as indicated in their terms. I'm genuinely worried about needing to dispute this with my bank.
