In general Preply has a wonderful system in place that works like a dream.The customer service always works, but one needs to be patient and understand the complexities of how many balls needs to be kept up in the air!!The only issue for me that I find challenging is that the customer support is call centre based which means quite a few people handle you and everytime they need to go back and figure out what the issues were before they can respond...a bit of s hand -me-down.I do not have a quick solution though!Therefore, I suggest a critical emergency e-mail one can access when really needed.I could not find such a backdoor.But apart from this reality I am sold.
