I placed an order in mid-September, and after the expected 10-14 days, I reached out since I hadn't received any updates. I was told there was a Europe-wide issue affecting my item. By the end of October, still no delivery, and I learned the item was unavailable, but they offered an alternative. I agreed, hoping the other items would be compatible; if not, I requested replacements. By the end of November, I emailed again for a refund. The next day, I was informed that 3 out of 4 items were being dispatched, but I was told to expect another 10-14 days. The three items were accessories for the main item that was still unavailable, and they didn't fit the replacement. It feels like stalling tactics until you give up. I strongly advise against this service.
