I placed an order start of December, finally got an email around 5 jan,saying there was a backlog..haven't received any contact since..at very least,my money should be refunded and order sent again,actually,with a free top of range crossbow to go with my bolts..I could've cut down a tree with a handaxe and carved my bolts by hand..or walked from Scotland to shop and back again..gave up on receiving order,definitely won't place any more..time waiting bad enough,but no word in around a month,get an email,then no word for 2 weeks again..must be a just eat guy on a bike delivering them

User-friendly site with fast and secure delivery.

The site is simple to navigate and consistently provides quick and secure deliveries. There is a wide selection of products at good prices; however, I do have one issue: when I place an order, it doesn't let me use my redeemed points during payment.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would rate this a zero if possible. The customer service was appalling. I ordered an item but never received a tracking number. After waiting a month and reaching out for an update, I was told it had been delivered. However, the delivery photo showed it was delivered to a different address. I checked with neighbors, but no one had it. Instead of resolving the issue, the customer service accused me of lying, claiming they had "GPS" proof of delivery to my address, even insisting they recognized my door! I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities as this behavior is unacceptable.

Disappointed with the service due to non-delivery.

I would review the product, but it never arrived. This will be my first and last attempt to use this service. I placed my order on November 3rd, and it's now December 24th with no delivery. I can only speculate that they drop ship from overseas, but that's just a guess. I've given up on receiving the item, resulting in a loss of over £100. Ironically, they keep sending emails promoting more products.

Contacting the service is a frustrating experience.

Reaching out to the service has been a nightmare. I placed my order on November 27th, and it still hasn't arrived. My emails go unanswered, and calls to the service go directly to voicemail. I recently found them on social media and left a comment on their profile. However, after seeing all the complaints, I plan to request a refund through protection.

Overall satisfied with my order from this service

I am generally pleased with my order from this service. They encountered a stock issue, but they communicated with me promptly via email. I ordered the three-day food pack, which all contained the same lemon chicken with rice. Fortunately, I tried one and actually enjoyed it! Unfortunately, there were no desserts and no water purification tablets. While they could have substituted a different type for the ones I selected (which were out of stock), they opted to refund me instead. I understand the situation, given the current demand as many people are preparing for uncertainties. I plan to order again in the future.

Frustrating experience

Frustrating experience. No contact number, no service... I spent a month messaging before giving up on my order. What was supposed to be a 10-14 day delivery has now turned into 28 days. It feels like the worst shopping experience imaginable. You pay, then receive nothing, and after weeks of waiting, you realize they just held onto your money without delivering.

Disappointing order delays

I placed an order in mid-September, and after the expected 10-14 days, I reached out since I hadn't received any updates. I was told there was a Europe-wide issue affecting my item. By the end of October, still no delivery, and I learned the item was unavailable, but they offered an alternative. I agreed, hoping the other items would be compatible; if not, I requested replacements. By the end of November, I emailed again for a refund. The next day, I was informed that 3 out of 4 items were being dispatched, but I was told to expect another 10-14 days. The three items were accessories for the main item that was still unavailable, and they didn't fit the replacement. It feels like stalling tactics until you give up. I strongly advise against this service.
